Shipping & Order Tracking
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method for all orders being shipped to customers in the lower 48 is UPS or FedEx Ground. Our standard shipping method for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada is USPS priority. WE SHIP FROM ZIP code 53122 or 49202. We also offer at least 1 expedited shipping option such as UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day. Most orders received before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day (orders received after 2 p.m. EST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day) and will arrive within 5 business days. However, occasionally an order may take up to 10 days to arrive. For a more precise estimate of shipping time to your location please see the UPS Ground Map application or the FedEx Ground Map.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your package is shipped from our facility. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping status of your order. You can track you order at the UPS website or the FedEx website. We will also update the status of your order in your account as "shipped" and include the tracking # for your reference.
If you require expedited shipping other than what is offered on the site please contact us and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
